Nicole Reagan
Nicole has been at ORANGE for 7+ years and she’s a perfect fit; a unique mix of urban-cool, exceptional skill and boundless creativity. She’s been cutting hair as a professional since 1993 and has trained at some of the most exclusive salons in town, earning the title “Best Up-Do Stylist in Dallas” from “D Magazine”. She’s also an instructor at ORANGE, teaching a class on a regular basis for our other stylists. Nicole likes the art-gallery scene in town and loves her ultra-cool son, Rutger.
Renee is like a ray of sunshine; she’s always happy and makes you feel good. She started her hair career at 18 and has never looked back. Renee focuses entirely on color, and it shows. She was an apprentice for one of the top colorists in Dallas and learned tips from assisting other people in the salon. Her clients often call her work “perfect” and they leave the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks. Renee enjoys painting and drawing and lives in Dallas with her boyfriend.

Theresa Allen
Theresa has been at ORANGE for 7+ years and during that time has become an integral part of the team. She’s steady and reliable and her clients LOVE her! Theresa has been cutting hair professionally for 19 years. She has trained at Ogle, Toni & Guy and Bumble & Bumble and she feels her biggest success in this business is her large and loyal client list. When not at “the office” she likes freestyle moto-cross, adding tattoos and swimming with sharks.
Matt has been fortunate in his professional hairdressing career. He’s never worked at another salon. He started at ORANGE just out of school as an apprentice for the owner and proved to be a quick study. He began taking his own clients within one year and hit the floor as a full time stylist shortly thereafter. He’s never looked back. Matt had the option to buy the salon in 2008 and he jumped at the opportunity. He’s been voted “Best Blowout in Dallas” by the editors at D Magazine and ALLURE Magazine says he’s the best in town for “sex-kitten volume”. Matt lives in Oak Cliff with his partner (in business and life) Jason and has two crazy cats, Jack and Chico.
Lacy is new to ORANGE, but she’s been in the business for almost 9 years. She has worked at some of the most prestigious salons in town and we’re excited to have her on the team. Lacy has twice been named “Best Colorist in Dallas” by “D” Magazine and she’s been a regular contributor on “Good Morning Texas”. Lacy has a ton of great experience and is dedicated to her craft. She attends 2-3 continuing education seminars annually and is always looking for ways to be ahead of the trend curve. She has an infectious personality, a mischievous laugh and is a joy to be around.

Clarissa Baeza
Clarissa has been at ORANGE for 6+ years and is one of our most valued team members. Not only is she an exceptional colorist, she’s a beautiful person. Down to earth and good at her job, she’s a pleasure to work with. She has a loyal clientele and if you see her work you know why. She trained with two notables in the hairdressing community and was featured in 2007 by In-Style Magazine. She’s happily married (sorry guys) to a self professed computer geek.
What can we say about Monica..? She's amazing, she’s talented and she's cute…. She's a perfect fit for the salon and we adore her. A gifted listener, she’s been a professional in the hair industry for nine years and her talent level is exceptional. Monica has experience in special event styling and high-end editorial projects. At ORANGE she focuses on cut and color. Her son, Noah, is a riot…possibly the sharpest kid on the planet, possibly.
Andrea is one of the best known colorists at ORANGE. She’s been a fixture in the Dallas hairdressing community for 16+ years and we’re happy she calls our salon home. She worked for the most accomplished colorist in town before branching out and joining the team at ORANGE. Her years of learning from the best in the business really show in the work she does, winning two “Best Colorist in Dallas” awards from D Magazine. Andrea is currently single, taking time to focus on herself and her craft.
Linda Baeza
Linda is one of those stylists you just love to love. She’s good at her job and she’s always in a good mood. She graduated from Cosmetology School in 2006 and does both cut and color. She came to ORANGE as an assistant and trained under two of the best colorists in Dallas. She did her cutting training with Nicole Reagan, Theresa Allen, Matt Taylor, and Christopher Williams, all of ORANGE. During her time as an assistant she became certified to perform the Brazilian Blowout. She’s now a valued full-time member of our team, accepting new clients every day.

Mary Leyva
Mary has one of the best personalities in our salon, period. She’s upbeat and creative and good at her job. Mary went to cosmetology school in Dallas and worked at Regis to better understand her craft. She came to ORANGE as an assistant and worked closely with salon owner, Matt Taylor. She progressed quickly thru our apprentice program taking every opportunity to learn from the senior stylists at the salon. Mary has chosen to specialize in cutting, letting others take care of the color clients. She’s a local girl (from Oak Cliff) and lives here with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

The gnome is not taking any new clients. His drinking is out of hand and his schedule has become too erratic. It's best to just hang out with him at the salon.
